Verify a PTS Member
If you have made a booking with a travel company that displays the Protected Travel Services (PTS) logo then you will be able to verify this using the form below.
Should a member of PTS cease trading or fail for any reason then please contact us using the phone number below. We can then discuss your booking in detail to ensure that all your options are fully explained.
In the event of a members failure, PTS will liaise with you to ensure that all of the suppliers for your booking are paid and that you can continue your trip unaffected. If for any reason this is not suitable, we will commence a claim for a refund of any funds that you have paid to that member for your holiday.
