How to Join PTS

The application process is easy and takes no time at all. One of our experienced Business Development Team will discuss your requirement in detail to explain the benefits of PTS membership whilst ascertaining the best way we can fit within your business.
To begin the application to become a PTS client we will require the following:
- Joining fee
- Proof of identification (Passport or Driving Licence)
- Proof of address (Utility Bill)
- Business plan and financial forecast (see Starting a Travel Business for more information on designing a business plan)
Once we have this information we will then provide you with a PTS Contract, PTS Application Form and HSBC Merchant Services Form which will require signing.
The average processing time for a PTS application (from point of submission) is only 2 – 4 weeks.
We follow a strict vetting procedure to ensure that the PTS standards and name are upheld and that your business has the same commitment to customer protection as we do.
